Jack Leunissen started his career in bioinformatics
at the University of Nijmegen
as manager of the BioComputing Environment; while doing his Ph.D. in
Biochemistry ("Computer Applications in Protein and Nucleic Acid
Sequence Analysis") he founded the BioInformatics &
Genomics Section of the the CAOS/CAMM Center, now known as CMBI.
He worked there as group leader, and
as Associate professor in Bioinformatics at the
University of Nijmegen, until the end of 2002.
Jack is now Professor in Bioinformatics
at the Wageningen University and Research Centre.

K. Cuelenaere, MSc |
| After receiving his Masters degree in Molecular Sciences
at Wageningen University in 1995, Koen Cuelenaere was the
GDB node-manager at the bioinformatics section of the CAOS/CAMM Center.
In 2000 he started working for Lion Bioscience AG, but later
that year he decided to join forces again with Jack
and start Dalicon. |
